Agricultural Counsellor: Mr G. de Vent

The Agricultural Office represents the Netherlands' Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality in Iran. 
The main functions of this Office are:

• Liaising between Iranian Ministries and other government agencies and their relevant Dutch counterparts over bilateral projects in Iran in the fields of agriculture, nature and food quality;
• Providing information on relevant agriculture, nature and food policy developments in both countries;
• Offering regularly updated market and contact information to Dutch exporters and importers in all possible agrifood-related sub-sectors;
• Offering market and contact information to the Iranian private and public sector;
• Provide information on agrifood-related exhibitions and similar events in the Netherlands and Iran;
• Assisting Dutch agricultural trade missions to Iran.
