Registration with Embassy

Please use this form to register as a Dutch citizen with the Dutch Embassy in Tehran during your stay (tourist or permanent) in Iran. Registration is voluntarily, however, it may be useful for family or friends for the Embassy to have your contact information on file.  

You may also send:

• Electronic copy of your passport(s) (bio page only)
• If applicable, proof of deregistration from last county in Holland

What does the Embassy do with this information?

The Embassy will record your details and especially your mobile phone number to sms- messages in case of emergencies.

You may receive test text messages: “Ambassade Test bericht / RNE test message”.

These messages do not require any reply.

In order to assist us with keeping an up to date database of Dutch nationals in Iran, please also report your definite departure out of Iran to the Embassy.
