MVV / Immigrant Visa

MVV / Provisional Residence Permit

MVV (Provisonal Residence Permit) procedure at Embassy in Tehran. Applicants do not need an appointment, should present themselves from 07.30 - 09.30 am hours on working days (Sunday - Thursday). (Applicants from Afghanistan, Iraq and/or Pakistan should have a valid visa for Iran).

Please consult the letter of the Immigration Service in the Netherlands addressed to the referent/sponsor or his representative in the Netherlands (refugee council or lawyer). In this letter is indicated which documents should be submitted for mvv's applied for and approved in the Netherlands (advisory procedure).

APPLICATION
Generally applicants should submit the documents for the visa application procedure (see 1.) as well as documents per type of regular provisonal permits of stay (mvv) (see 2):

1. Documents to be submitted for mvv

·         A signed passport, valid until at least three months after completion of the intended journey, + photocopies of passport pages with visa, immigration stamps, stamps of other embassies or any other information on these pages.

·         One fully, correctly and clearly completed application form, duly dated and signed by the applicant

·         Two recent pictures (3,5 x 4 cm, not older than 3 months, no computer adjustments, face forward, light coloured background). Head scarves should not cover eyebrows, cheek bones, nose, mouth and chin.

MVV FAMILY REUNION PROCEDURE AT EMBASSY

·         Legalised marriage certificate + translation

·         Copy Dutch resident permit, passport or travel document of referent

·         (Successful Civic Integration Test

·         FOR CHILDREN: Legalised birth certificate + translation

 

 

Documents required for Provisional permit of stay advisory procedure (MVV Au Pair, Study, Highly Skilled Migrants, Knowledge Migrant,  Employement)**

 

·         A signed passport, valid until at least three months after completion of the intended journey, + photocopies of the pages 1 to 9 (old Iranian passport) or of pages 1 to 5 (new Iranian passport) + photocopies of passport pages with visa, immigration stamps, stamps of other embassies or any other information on these pages.

·         One fully, correctly and clearly completed application form, duly dated and signed by the applicant

·         Two recent pictures (3,5 x 4 cm, not older than 3 months, no computer adjustments, face forward, light coloured background). Head scarves should not cover eyebrows, cheek bones, nose, mouth and chin.
