The Embassy of Portugal acting as EU Presidency and on behalf of the Member States therefore urges the Iranian authorities to do their utmost to save the life of Ms. Mokarrameh Ebrahimi, who appears to be in eminent danger of being stoned as well.

The Embassy of Portugal acting as EU Presidency and on behalf of the Member States reiterates the request for an urgent appointment for the EU troika representatives at Ambassadorial level on several Human Rights issues pending, as previously conveyed.
